It would appear it’s a call center somewhere in the world never had any TV service despite four different phone calls and several texts. never had a maintenance person show up despite several promises that they would. The shower is pretty much unusable since the water goes from freezing to scalding without notice no instructions in the condo for where Ski storage is or how to get to the ski slopes or any kind of instructions about how to operate anything at all. Management was always available via text and readily (& patiently) addressed any queries we had during our stay. We had a great time & would definitely stay again.
