I stayed here with my 2 kids (ages 9 and 11) for our first snowboarding in the mountains trip. We came from Michigan, and the choice was easy to visit Winter Park, but where to stay was the question. I honestly combed vrbo for at least a month before I chose this property. It did not disappoint, and exceed my expectations. The location of being only a 5 min walk from everything we needed, especially the gondola! To just be anle to gear up and have a short walk to a snowboarders paradise was priceless. The room with the bunk beds was perfect for my kids to share, and I had the lovely king bed to myself. 2 deep soaking tubs were so nice to relax in after being on the mountain all day. I also chose this property, because the amenities/hot tub- which was absolutely beautiful and had a great view of the mountains. The kitchen was stocked with everything to cook in also. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Communication was great. The only slight complaint is the parking garage. I've been coming to Founders/Fraser since 2019 and every year the parking garage is a pain. The QR reader doesn't always work right and this time it said we left, when we hadn't, making it difficult to exit the parking garage (you have to scan your QR to leave). This isn't a knock on the condo at all, but more so the entire Fraser/Founder parking garage management. Please relay this message to them. They can do better! ##### Joseph T. The key pads for the door and QR Codes for parking are a little wonky and require some patience.
