The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. It had enough space for 3 families (a total of 6 adults and 6 kids) without everyone feeling they were on top of each other. The two main floor bedrooms were beautiful, with a bonus guest room in the basement next to the bunk rooms. We had a couple of maintenance issues while we were there and the management company promptly addressed them. I definitely will be staying here again on my next Winter Park vacation. ##### Anthony M. There was plenty of space for three families and the kids had a blast in the downstairs game room. The ski in/ski out was so convenient especially with kids however just note it is a blue run that gets you back which was a little bit of an issue with our greener skiers. Also the hot tub water was green when we first showed up so we missed out on using it the first two nights. It was attended to, however, the same day we called about it.
