There were four separate floors with bedrooms on the top and bottom floors only which I did not prefer. We did not know the queen was in the basement. The home was located just walking distance to winter park downtown and the Main Street in which we can get the lift shuttle to get around. Inside home had everything we needed from towels, blankets, dishes, cook ware , games, grill, etc. They also have an arcade in which the kids loved. All rooms had a tv in which they saw movies right before bed to relax and unwind from the activities done through out the day. We had spectacular views of the mountains from our balcony . The best part was having curtains open and looking out ( specially when it snowed) . The beds were very comfortable not to mention the master king size bed in which you can adjust for best comfort.
