Really nice house and you can’t pick a better location. Walking distance to all the restaurants. My only issue was that the hot tub kept turning off throughout the stay and was not usable for part of the time. If you’re not a hot tub person this might not be an issue but the hot tub was what myself and the rest of the guests were most excited about. ##### Stuart C. Walking location to restaurants and shops, great views from top floor deck with a beautiful hot tub. Plenary of parking and it is great to have a private garage. It’s classy, beautiful and comfy! We loved every bit of our stay. Even when we had a problem with the washer, management took care of the problem cheerfully and quickly. The only thing that was challenging was the noise of the main highway nearby. If you like to sleep with your windows open, bring earplugs. We had construction crews working at 4 in the morning. It is a true rowhouse with three flights of stairs, just FYI. The garage is long and narrow, two smaller vehicles will fit (such as a Rav4, or Q5, or mid-size cars) but larger trucks and SUVs will not fit. The rooftop hottub and patio table/chairs is a great amenity to enjoy the mountain view and the stars. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, outdoor music venue, and a great trail system (with in-town fly fishing on the creek). The hosts were very responsive with a re-send of the wifi info, otherwise we had no issues at all. ##### Molly W. Feb 1, 2023 #### Winter wonderland escape I rented this townhome for a birthday weekend in Winter Park. Half of the group wanted to ski so we hopped on the shuttle which has a stop right by the townhouse. The other half wanted to snowshoe and were able to access a trail right from the house. We all relaxed in the rooftop hot tub and then melted into the couch in front of the fire. I hired a local chef to cook for us one of the nights (she's unbelievable!) and one of the other nights we walked across the street to Pepe Osaka (also fantastic). The grocery store is just a short walk away when we wanted snacks. It was clear that the owners had thought of everything to ensure their guests’ comfort and convenience. Whether it was the cozy bedding, the fully equipped kitchen that made meal preparation a breeze, or the entertainment options available for those evenings in, we felt thoroughly taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better for us, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and, of course, the stunning natural beauty of Winter Park. It served as the ideal base for our adventures, and equally, a serene retreat to come back to. Given the fantastic time we had and the amenities that suited us so well, we’re already looking forward to our next stay. I cannot say enough good things about the townhouse and its amenities! The entire condo was outfitted with everything we could possibly need, including exceptionally soft towels and every single kitchen item you might need if you desire to cook. (But why would you with the many restaurant options?) The location was perfect. Very easy walking distance to everything in the downtown area of Winter Park, but off the main drag by a block so you don't hear the traffic. Beds were very comfortable, and bedrooms were spaced well to give privacy, as needed. The rooftop hot tub was a huge hit for post-hike relaxation -- what a treat, with great views!
