We are frequent renters of properties on VRBO and other platforms and this was one of our favorites. Decorated to perfection and so so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen has all that we needed and the entire home was carefully curated with everything you may need. Highly recommend! We found this place by doing a search for “waterfront property” in Colorado. We were hoping the river was accessible but it was not. We did enjoy the sound of the river (more like babbling brook) and that was super cool in the morning while drinking coffee on back deck. But if you are looking to use the river, this would not be ideal. We do highly recommend the house for all the other reasons and we will definitely be back! Super cool and unique.
