We were not told that someone was coming into the room. What if we were actually there and they just came in? I call security and they told me that they did not come into the room but the HOA has access to come in the room any time they want. Check in was a little confusing for us but we had great customer service and fast response to ensure we were able to access the property. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The fireplace makes a pretty loud noise if you turn the heat on. Otherwise the ambiance of the fireplace while watching movies was perfect. We loved the kid space and it worked perfect for our four girls ranging from 2 to 17\. We would stay there again. It would be nice to have a little more Christmas feel inside the condo during December but not a deal breaker. ##### Lindsey H.
