This impeccable residence features high-quality contemporary design and is fully furnished, making it ideal for personal use or as a vacation rental. Conveniently positioned near the main street, this unit offers easy access to Winter Park's dining and entertainment options. It boasts 9-1/2 ft ceilings, radiant heat flooring, expansive windows, and a wraparound deck that provides breathtaking views of the Continental Divide, blending luxury with convenience. The living room serves as a cozy retreat, complete with a gas fireplace and a charming rustic ambiance, while the open kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, elegant granite countertops, and a small dining nook. The master bedroom features a spacious king bed and a lavish en-suite bathroom that evokes a spa-like atmosphere.
