Unwind on the plush sofas, enjoy television, or warm your feet by the gas fireplace. The adjoining dining area and kitchen are perfect for the chef to interact with the rest of the group while preparing meals. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The conveniently located small powder room is easily accessible from this area. In the summer, visitors can take advantage of the private deck for outdoor meals, complete with a BBQ grill, dining area, and the opportunity for stargazing in the private hot tub. The primary bedroom located on the main floor features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a luxurious bathroom! It includes a spacious vanity with dual sinks, a custom-tiled shower, and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin bunk bed and a small TV. The loft area above offers a delightful view of the living room and a cozy sitting area for relaxation. The queen bedroom provides a private setting, complete with a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom. This townhome includes a full-sized washer and dryer located on the lower level in the laundry room, a generous mudroom area connected to the garage for one vehicle, and does not feature air conditioning. This Lakota townhome presents an ideal year-round retreat to the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Located in the esteemed Lakota Neighborhood, directly across from Winter Park Resort, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom property spans three levels and offers ample space for a group of eight. Kindly be advised that admiring this breathtaking scenery necessitates navigating a steep driveway! In the winter months, visitors must be ready for the fact that accessing Lakota’s main entrance will necessitate a 4 wheel drive on snowy days. Snow removal services will only be offered if there is an accumulation of 3 inches by morning. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. It was a quick walk to the free bus route so everyone was able to do what they wanted without having to split up into cars.
