If you are looking for a newly renovated condominium that provides tranquility for your upcoming holiday, this unit is perfect for you. Located on the top floor and designed as an end unit, this position within the building guarantees a higher level of privacy from other residents nearby. The property was completely renovated in the fall of 2022, showcasing new paint, flooring, and furnishings throughout. Furthermore, the kitchen has been entirely remodeled and dedicated high-speed internet is accessible. The living room boasts a vaulted ceiling that enhances the influx of delightful Colorado sunlight, fostering a peaceful atmosphere ideal for enjoying the wood-burning fireplace or the flat-screen TV. The dining area provides ample seating and is conveniently situated next to the renovated kitchen, which is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, a futon, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed along with a Twin bunk bed suitable for adults, and it also has a second full bathroom.
