You'll have an expansive roof terrace with sunrise and sunset vistas, ample space to relax, and a private hot tub to soak in beneath brilliant starry skies. This four-story luxury townhouse sits one block off Main Street in Winter Park, just around the corner from the Fraser River Trail, Hideaway Park, and the Rendezvous Event Center. The renowned slopes of Winter Park Resort are less than three miles south, easily reached via the local shuttle bus. Even closer to home, you'll find all sorts of restaurants, cafes, pubs, gear shops, and other conveniences in the surrounding blocks. Come home from a day of adventure to an open, light-filled living space on the second floor. Everything has been thoughtfully designed, from the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to the two dining spaces - an island breakfast bar and a windowside breakfast nook. In summer, slide open the balcony doors to barbecue on the gas grill; come winter, cozy up on the sectional to stream movies in the warmth of the gas fireplace. All three bedrooms have mountain views and smart TVs of their own, including a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Joining the two bedrooms on the third floor is a bunk nook (with another smart TV) that's perfect for kids. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. STR#21538 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Plenty of space for everyone and well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms have high end fixtures and finishes and the garage was large enough to park our expedition with a ski rack on top. We only had 2 issues with the house. First, the bottom bunk did not have a real mattress and only had a mattress topper so no one could sleep on this bed. Second, the sheets on all the beds were very thin and scratchy and the pillows were awful. For a house this nice and expensive I would expect linens that are at least holiday inn express level but these were very cheap. I would definitely stay here again but would bring all my own linens and would not plan for anyone to sleep on the bottom bunk bed. ##### Melissa A. It was very clean and just as the pictures portrayed. The shuttle stop is a short walk from the condo. The garage was perfect for storing our skis each day and keeping our car out of the weather. The complex was quickly plowed after a snowstorm, so getting out was not an issue. The property is managed by Vacasa, not an individual. Their response time was often slow and unhelpful, but thankfully we did not have any big issues. We stayed over New Year's, so that could have contributed to the response time. ##### Kristi S. The kitchen was well equipped with not just essentials but all the extras. Really felt just like home. Everything was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. As for the location you can walk to the shops and restaurants. The shuttle line is right around the block. My granddaughter loved the hot tub. Everyone enjoyed having a relaxing soak after skiing. We were visiting after a big snowfall and the view from the hot tub is worth a million dollars $$. So pretty! One other plus is the garage where you can keep your boots warm. The kitchen was stocked well and all appliances worked as they should. The location makes for an easy walk to anywhere in downtown Winter Park and the public LIFT buses got us down to Fraser and to the ski slopes. Hot tub was clean and worked just fine. Was a great way relax and loosen up tight legs after a day of skiing. The only issue we had with the place was the temperature would really jump up during the night, though all thermostats were set to 66\. Another strange minor issue was that the main level light switches would regularly shock us when flipping a light on or off. Overall we had a great stay at a great place.
