The open floor plan has new flooring throughout – hardwood in the bathroom and kitchen area; new carpet in the main living room. There is a very comfortable sofa in the living room to relax and enjoy the flat screen TV, views of the town and the Continental Divide. The double murphy bed will sleep 2 and can be closed off from the main room with a pull curtain for additional privacy. there is also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen has all that you need for preparing meals. There is a small breakfast bar area for 2 and the dining table for an additional 2 persons. The amenities offered by the clubhouse will be a hit as well, with an indoor heated pool, both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a workout facility if you still have anything left after a full day of skiing or riding; outdoor fire pit. Location: Snowblaze 102 Studio; 1st floor Bedding Configuration: Murphy bed. Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, views of Continental Divide. This unit DOES NOT have a private balcony or fireplace. Transportation: On FREE shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park. The building was decent but had a strong odor when you entered. The parking lot needs to be clearly stated where to park. A maintenance man attempted to fix it but the fix didn’t work. They offered a mini fridge but they never delivered it, and refused to allow me pick up a mini fridge from the main office. We night food before the pass on our way to the unit but we ended up throwing a lot of it away due to spoilage. Hot tub at the facility was OK, and the parking was good.
