Ski out is along a private trail that is not maintained or marked. Ski in requires a walk from Mary Jane Base across a parling lot and another 50 yards through the neighborhood to the house. Heated driveway was a nice touch especially with the amount of snow we got. Ski in ski out is based on your skill level.
