This ground-level unit boasts a view of the forest and is merely a short stroll from the town or a quick shuttle ride to the Winter Park Ski Resort. The main living area showcases hardwood flooring throughout and exceptionally comfortable furnishings, enabling relaxation by the gas fireplace while taking in the tranquil wooded view from the private patio. Gather with your companions at the spacious dining table positioned next to the large picture window for a complete dining experience. The kitchen, which has been recently updated, offers an excellent opportunity to reduce dining costs by fulfilling all your culinary requirements. The master bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed and grants access to the full bathroom located in the hallway. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
