Bear Crossing 1390 is a perfectly placed three bedroom townhome perched above downtown Winter Park and features breathtaking views from multiple vantage points throughout the home. Step into the open living room and check out the stunning vistas from the picture windows or settle in by the fire to watch the snow fall. The open layout allows for groups to spread out into the kitchen and dining area while still chatting with people in the living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and multiple seating options for your group to come together after a fun day on the slopes & trails. Best of all, you'll love the private hot tub off the back patio that's perfect to scope out the stars in Winter Park. This is also a pet friendly property for one dog, which is rare in Winter Park, so make sure to pack Fido's bag when you're coming to Winter Park for your next vacation.

Ready to rest easy? Head to one of three bedroom suites in the home - the King Primary Suite, the Queen Bedroom Suite & the Twin Bedroom Suite - all of which have their own attached bathrooms for added privacy. Need overflow sleeping? There's a Queen sleeper sofa and a Queen EZ bed in the home. Each bedroom has been outfitted in our luxury linen package ensuring a great nights sleep on plush, clean linens.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen Suite, and Bunk Suite, all on the upper level. Plus, a Queen sleeper sofa and Queen EZ bed. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Amazing Townhome!

This Winter Park townhome was amazing! Big and spacious, comfortable furniture, clean hot tub, nice beds, well equipped, and amazing views! 2 car garage and mud room entrance with room for all your gear! Our Airedale, Archer, also loved the home and spent hours finding toys that other dogs left behind. It was perfect and I’ll definitely being staying there again! Thank you!

Excellent time!

We loved staying here!! We had a lovely time. The views are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the space is great. Taking one star off cleanliness because we had to rewash all of the dishes, but I think that was mostly a dishwasher error. Overall, we would 100% stay again and recommend this property.

Wonderful Winterpark Getaway!

Such an easy check in and check out process. My husband and I were just getting away for a weekend and this home was great! We really enjoyed the kitchen and it had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We especially loved the trails all around the home!! We will be back!!

Lovely, quiet, great star gazing!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The trails behind the unit were used everyday. It is comfortable and clean and well appointed. Lots of stairs but it get your flights climbed up on your fitness tracker! Everyone enjoyed the seating area by the kitchen. What a neat layout.

I had a fantastic stay at this townhouse and I can't recommend it enough! The photos and description were spot-on. The location was simply wonderful, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets. The townhouse was clean, spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was also conveniently close to biking trails, which added to the overall experience. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a serene mountain retreat with amazing views and great location.

The unit was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for all of us, plenty of comfy seating, beds and bathrooms. We appreciated having storage space for the bikes in the garage and direct access to biking/hiking trails. The hosts were very welcoming and on top of communication. We enjoyed our summer stay in the beautiful mountains.

Amazing location!

The trails right outside the door are amazing! We ventured out daily and loved the fact that the ski resort was only 10 minute drive from our condo. Just be aware this unit has a LOT of stairs. Otherwise we had a fully stocked kitchen (freezer wasn’t cold enough to make ice regularly) but we had everything we needed to make meals. Beds, linens and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. Great place if you want easy access to some beautiful trails!!

Beautiful but be

This property checked a lot of the important boxes for us (3 bedrooms, accepts dogs). It was lovely and clean, and conveniently located close to hiking and biking trails. But a major disappointment was the construction down the hill, which woke us up at 7am each day of our stay. I understand that construction is in high gear during the summer in the mountains, but the fact that it wasn’t mentioned in the property description was frustrating. If we had known we definitely would have picked somewhere else to stay. I will say that Management was responsive, taking the time to call me and update the description. Overall it was a nice but noisy stay.

Escape to the slopes

Love that this townhouse allowed us plenty of room to spread out. We were 5 and had our own bedrooms/bathrooms. Management was great at communicating, property was very well equipped and there were great views of the snowy wonder land. Minutes drive to shopping, restaurants, the WP resorts and slopes.

Lovely property with gorgeous views

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and updated, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We watched hummingbirds and chipmunks from the balcony every morning, watched a deer walk through the wooded area at the back of the house, and watched beautiful sunsets every evening. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us and she appreciated the dog biscuits left for her by management. The management company kept in touch via text throughout our visit and the no-contact check in/out was a breeze. We loved our stay!

Was a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the views! Only one slight downfall-Master bedroom doesn’t have shades on a good portion of the window. Makes it for a very early morning wake up. Otherwise we enjoyed staying here!
