WELCOME to our Wakulla Vacation Home (1) “Nest” which is a duplex property. We are a family own business & genuinely hope to tailor our properties to meet our Guest needs. We adhere to a 3 Core Property Standards that we expect; so, you'll always arrive to a home that is Safe, Clean and Guest Ready!

This property is centrally located, 2 mi to dtwn Winter Haven and the Hospital & 2 mi to LEGOLAND & Peppa Pig.

Completely covered in roaches. Host went unresponsive after saying they would refund. Had to work through Vrbo to get them to respond and refund.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive, making everything seamless from start to finish. It was easy to access and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better — especially being so close to Legoland. We would absolutely rent again!

Very close to Legoland. Nice neighborhood. Had a TV in every room which I appreciate. And even an extra bed in the second bedroom. Enjoyed my stay. Had everything I needed.

Just right

This little home is perfect for a family of 4. Amenities were exactly what was needed for our short trio. Neighborhood was clean and safe. There is no oven, which can be seen in the photos, but I missed that detail. Owner was quick to respond. Would recommend adding a bin of board games or something to add to the entertainment. Perfect location. We would rent there again.

We had a great time. The place was awesome. I would have stayed at a different place. If I knew other people staying at the house. That information should be added. When I called about the other family. The person on the phone was rude I didn't appreciate that. Thanks

Upon arriving we saw another vehicle in the driveway. The listing did NOT say that it was one house constructed into two separate entrances. We also didn't receive check in instructions and had to call the number listed. As we went in, another guest was right outside working on his car right in front of where we were sleeping. There were only 2 washcloths but the listing said for 5 people? That's 3 short. Only 4 bath towels, one short. Owner did drop off more towels and washcloths the next day as well as new sheets. The trundle bed was broke making it hard to get out. The sheets were NOT clean. The bedroom sheets had brown hair which was leftover from other guests. We found a screw on the floor. The floors were dirty and hadn't been mopped properly. The smoke alarms were not installed properly. Also, there were two electrical plugs on in each bedroom didn't work. We had nightlights, watches, kids gizmos, tablets, phones, weren't able to charge them all due to a shortage of plugs which was frustrating. Also, the second night we came home and the house was 85 degrees!! That air conditioner was off. We took it off the wall per owners instructions and it somehow restarted but took 5 hours! to get to a reasonable temperature so we couldn't sleep bc it was so hot. Also, the light flickered in the main room which made us think the whole houses electrical isn't wired properly. The master tv didn't work the 3rd night.The door to get in was broken.

Nice spot in Winter Haven

My wife and I stayed here while watching our son's college baseball team play for the week in C Florida. Very clean and convenient. Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. No oven so it's hard to cook but there is refrigerator. Price was fair. I recommend it.

Pros: Unit was clean and nicely decorated, bed was comfortable and host was quick to respond. Nice large patio with nice furniture and umbrellas. Cons: On hot days the umbrellas were not enough so we were always searching for shade. Not having control of the air conditioning was an issue. The location was close to stores and a mall, but the traffic on Hwy. 27 was extremely busy.

The property is very close to Legoland. It was clean and organized. The host checked on us as we were arriving which made us feel welcomed. We did not find anything wrong with our stay.
