With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and recharge. The house features 2 bathrooms, a clawfoot bathtub upstairs, and shower downstairs with full size washer and dryer. Plus, there's an additional living room/den with a cozy sofa bed, providing even more comfort. The full kitchen and dining room offer you plenty of space to hold your own lobster feast or holiday meal. Located in the middle of downtown, this home is walking distance from two cafes, four seasonal restaurants, local grocery, gift shops and art galleries. If you wish to explore Bar Harbor without the traffic, the Winter Harbor Marina has a daily passenger ferry service, only a short 15-minute walk. The local bus service, The Island Explorer, runs throughout the peninsula with several scenic stops along the way. The location was perfect—just minutes from the breathtaking Schoodic Peninsula and nestled close to a charming downtown full of local shops and small-town character. The property itself was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. We loved winding down with board games in the cozy living area, and the fully loaded kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) to cook meals at home. The fire pit was a favorite for relaxing evenings under the stars.
