This house fit perfectly. I wish we had more time here! Clean and very comfortable and so many things provided by the host! I’m not used to that when renting a house so brought all my usual things to clean with but didn’t need to open most of them. Had a problem with the tv signal but it was quickly resolved by the host. The tv has good picture and sound. The lights are a little tricky but I figured it out. THe only thing that I’d suggest to the host is to install some kind of handrail on the front porch. I grew up in Winter Garden and stayed at this property with my son to be near by my family who still live locally. The property itself was meticulously renovated and is even better than pictured. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were modern and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. It felt like a home away from home, perfectly decorated with a nod to old Florida and Winter Garden. The road was perfectly quiet. The host was amazing, even letting us stay an extra night very last minute as the accommodation we were moving onto fell through. The owner Mary Ann was very nice. Clean & roomy. We have 2 dogs so the fenced yard was great! Only one small issue with the dryer, but it was taken care of immediately!
