The loft was perfect - so well thought out and decorated, we needed nothing more than what was provided, they have thought of every single detail - down to an awesome variety of games. The beds were very comfortable, pillows and linens included - we are a very picky group when it comes to bedding, usually bringing our own pillows with us which just weren't needed here, everything is great quality and really comfortable The location is also perfect, we were able to walk to all of the many incredible local spots within 5-15 minutes (which was really nice to not have to drive - parking spot included too!). The loft is really cute and the owner has thought of everything. Its the little things that puts this place over the top. Martina can be very involved or as little involved as you want. She researched what was going on the week we were there from concerts to plays to baseball game. They have a big map on the wall that shows the areas special interest and how to get there. Martina went over the map so we knew where to go and what restaurants she recommended. She was spot on! Bruce met us in the unloading area and saved us a spot so we could unload easily. Ive never had such one on one treatment before. You could tell they wanted you to totally enjoy your trip. They even left a bottle of wine and a mint on each of our pillows. The Loft on James looks just like the pictures. It was very clean and has interesting decor throughout. Beds were comfortable. Martina was an excellent host, friendly, available, and thoughtful. Getting in to the unit was a bit tricky but Martina came and showed us how to access the building and apartment. She shared information about the area and it's rich history.
