To help us maintain their quality, please: \- Remove makeup before going to bed. Makeup stains (especially foundation and mascara) can be difficult to remove. \- Avoid placing dirty luggage, food, or drinks on the bedding. Ensure pets (if permitted) do not get on the bed if their paws are dirty. Stained linens will incur a replacement fee. If sheets, pillowcases, or towels are excessively stained and cannot be restored, a charge will apply. Eviction Policy Any violation of these house rules may result in eviction and a penalty fee of a minimum of $150\. We have noise monitoring devices that track volume levels but do not record conversations. A violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
