We had the lower unit. You could hear footsteps from the upstairs unit but it wasn’t obtrusive or an issue as our bedrooms were below our living area. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the rental as we were visiting family. We had difficulty with the entry system but one call sorted it out. The door was tricky but not a problem after our initial attempt. The place is a newer build and very functional and extremely well laid out. Both entry doors are in need of weatherstripping especial before the colder month come. The location is great with loads to do in the area. The neighbourhood felt safe. I wasn’t able to establish internet from the master bedroom but everywhere else in the house seemed fine. I would definitely stay here again. ##### robin s.
