Close to the relatives we were visiting, to restaurants on Henderson Highway, and <15 minutes from the Forks and the Manitoba Museum. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Had most of what we needed. Beds are not the most comfortable but I’m fussy. I would say it would have been nice to have more and cutlery/dishes. We used mostly everything in the cupboard for each meal therefore had to hand wash the dishes so we had clean for the next meal. Also not many towels - no hand towels or dish towels. There was a door marked as emergency exit but had a deadbolt on it which was not accessible. There were 4 people but only given 2 towels. Very disappointing.
