The house is in a small holiday park surrounded by trees in the local area of Windorf.
Here you have a heavenly calm away from all the hustle and bustle.

The nearby Vilshofen or the "Bavarian Venice" Passau are ideal for activities. You can go on long hikes in the Bavarian Forest directly from the house.

Relaxing visit to Bayernwald
We spent nearly two weeks in this nice little cabin. Everything was very comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. There is a very small kitchen, so do not expect to do large gourmet meals, but who wants to do that on vacation anyway? There are at least two grocery stores within a couple of miles, and it was easy to find quick to prepare food. The cabin is very comfortable, but do be aware that there are some very steep stairs. There’s a very nice little woodstove that came in handy a couple of cooler nights and a nice patio to enjoy on sunny days. The area is gorgeous, and Passau is only a half hour drive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten des südlichen Bayrischen Waldes sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft selber in absoluter Ruhe.
