Établissement parfait : le personnel, le lieu, la nourriture ! Très bonne boulangerie. Seul bémol, capacité d accueil de la piscine limitée.

Hôtel très joli et propre, nous avions une splendide chambre familiale à deux étages. La salle de bain était immense et la douche très moderne et avec de l'eau très chaude. Les espaces communs étaient très agréables aussi, et le déjeuner (inclus) était délicieux. Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit à cet établissement lors de notre arrivée mais nous aurions pu passer plusieurs jours, c'est un endroit très agréable. Seul petit bémol: lits TRÈS fermes

I was very pleased with this property and may go back here at the end of my trip to stay a couple more days. This round, I was only there for less than 20 hours so I really did not fully get to enjoy it. Everyone was very professional and pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Lovely room, spacious bathroom, Morden decor and a wide range of restaurants, advise the steak house (note: if you want a large meal for a relatively good price, may I recommend the ‘Texan Pork Belly’: you won’t regret it)

I booked the most expensive room on Expedia website was downgraded to the lowest because the room was not accessible for me. This was and is the only fault of Expedia because on the website of Expedia the Family Loft room is advertised as „Wheelchair-accessible“, but could be reached by stairs only! Therefore I expect a compensation from Expedia.

Fantastic facilities at a beautiful hotel. The Sky Bar was a particular treat. Service in the courtyard a bit pedestrian at times but Jessica in particular was superb and the cleanliness and overall experience was first class. Thank you very much and we will be back to your magnificent country

Great place, highly recommended.
Lovely hotel, we had a great stay. The staff were wonderful although service was sometimes slow. Great breakfast in the courtyard. Fabulous sky bar with sunset views. Our room was very comfortable with an enormous bed, good shower and a lovely large and sunny balcony. Close to restaurants ( some on site not belonging to the hotel) and the few attractions in Windhoek. Plenty of parking also.Really the only disappointment was that there was no swimming pool but for a fee or with a treatment we were able to use the pool at the on site spa. The spa could do with more sun beds and replacing the towels which were worn and stained but the treatments we had were excellent.

Wundervoll eingerichtetes und betriebenes Hotel, nicht zu groß, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das dortige Fischrestaurant ist wirklich hervorragend. Man kann sich kaum eine bessere Unterkunft für so moderate Preise vorstellen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist hervorragend. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
