Modern and contemporary in style throughout, with Lake Views and beautiful outdoor living space with Hot Tub. Midways is in a sought after area with views of Lake Windermere and the fells beyond, a perfect retreat in Bowness-on-Windermere. Location: Bowness-on-Windermere is a delightful village known for its vibrant atmosphere and stunning natural beauty. Nestled on the shores of Lake Windermere, it offers a variety of activities and attractions: Enjoy boating, kayaking, or paddleboarding on the lake, or explore the numerous hiking and cycling trails in the area. The village boasts charming shops, cosy cafes, and a range of restaurants and pubs offering delicious local cuisine. Visit the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, the Windermere Jetty Museum, or take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful gardens and parks. Property Details: •Newly built, the house is split level, with the reception rooms on entrance level, along with one bedroom with en-suite. There is a bedroom on the lower floor and the Master bedroom is on the upper floor. The property features an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area which is luxurious, modern and inviting, perfect for family gatherings and entertainment. •High quality kitchen with contemporary appliances. •Beautiful dining area adjacent to the kitchen. •Living room with views of Lake Windermere, Smart TV and impressive inset Log Burner. •Laundry/shower room with underfloor heating, walk-in shower with over sized rainfall shower head, basin, wc and heated towel rail. Bedrooms: •Bedroom one is off the entrance hallway and has king size bed and fitted wardrobe.
