We would like to thank him for his speedy response regarding the faulty toaster which short circuited the electrics meaning we had no power for a short time. Had a great short break here. Very close to everything Bowness has to offer. Good location, and the bonus of free parking. Only niggles were the lack of soap in the bathroom and kitchen, and never stayed anywhere without a welcome pack of at least a pint of milk. Had to go out and get milk, and then again for liquid soap. We have always found it to be clean, well equipped and comfortable and because its elevated with the lounge on the top floor, it benefits from superb views over the mountains and lake Windermere through very large patio doors. With a ground floor garage and a top floor balcony, its a superb place to stay.
