Good location near restaurants, groceries, etc. Loved the view of Lake Michigan and we were just a short drive to an accessible beach. Owner Dan was easy to work with and responsive. Our stay was a little wonky, as we arrived right after there had been a significant roof drain issue that caused what appeared to be pretty serious water damage to ceilings and walls in a couple of rooms. The property managers were very helpful and repos we quickly to any questions. Check in and check out were easy. « First time on VRBO, but experienced renter. Positives: the view, the check-in process and owner communication all were as good as you could ask for. Needs work: General cleanliness - the blue chairs in around the kitchen table were stained to the point people avoided sitting in them. The exterior desperately needs a pressure wash. Master bedroom - great view and a recent update, but the bed literally broke when I sat on it and there is nothing else in the room - no end tables, no luggage...
