Enjoy a spacious home with large living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2.5 bathrooms. Perfect for a larger group or a longer stay. Just a few miles drive to Old Town Winchester which includes numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and some kind of event, like-- the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival! Our house is located about 65 miles West of Washington D.C. Near by to other scenic attractions as well -Skyline Drive, Luray Caverns, and Harper's Ferry! This house has been a long term rental for 12 years but it was our first home and the start of our family so it will always be special. We enjoy this experience so much with our other property that we decided to renovate it and do another vacation rental! The house is fully equipped with everything you need to cook with and all the linens you could need. Full size appliances--fridge, stove & dishwasher. Washer and dryer on the main level. Upstairs is a King bed in the master and three Full beds. A shower in the Master bedroom and shower/tub on the 2nd level as well. All bedrooms are upstairs. A pack and play portable crib and dining booster seat is available for babies. Living room has a 50 inch tv with large sectional sofa. Kuerig machine for coffee drinkers. Please only park in the driveway. No street or yard parking is permitted. Please remove shoes before walking on upstairs carpet. My husband, friends and I decided to do a weekend getaway to Virginia wine country. We were looking for something close to a lot of vineyards, but that allowed us to have a kitchen and all stay in one place. We were THRILLED with our choice! Crystal was so responsive and even reached out when the house was ready for us to check in. We absolutely loved having two full bathrooms, and had plenty of room for four adults. We are already talking about coming with a 3rd couple in the spring! As far as location- we thought it was perfect for what we wanted to do. Very close to downtown and wineries/breweries were easily accessible from the highway! We had a driver pick us up at 10 am, we visited 6 wineries (taking our time) and returned around 8 in the evening. Like we said, perfect weekend getaway! The house was clean, perfectly acquainted, and more than enough space for all of the guests. The beds were comfortable and the house was only 5 minutes away from downtown Winchester in a nice neighborhood. Crystal was very responsive and helpful throughout the rental process. Our mom-to-be LOVED the "congratulations" sign Crystal left for us in the kitchen! Property was clean and well stocked with everything needed to enjoy a long weekend. We had 7 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for all. I needed a place to spend some time with my kids over the holidays while my house is under construction. This was a great place for us. Plenty of space, near tons of parks and downtown Winchester.
