Off road parking which is helpful. Easy and friendly check in. Staff at the bar were really friendly. Food was great. Hotel room was spacious and clean, if a little dated - as the hotel is old we did expected this. Hotel located in the centre so within walking distance of where we wanted to go. The room was very clean. The building itself is very old but is kept in a very clean condition. The staff were friendly, attentive nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good as there was so many gluten free options to choose from and it was cooked to perfection. Parking was at the back of the hotel and felt safe at all times. I had an issue with my room at 10:30pm and by 10:40pm I was in a new room. Mega good service going above and beyond. I also had food and that was good value for money (as was the room) and tasty. There were limited parking spaces at the hotel. I then located a long stay car park directly behind the hotel but had to drive around one way to get to it.
