Although this house is small it offers all the whistles and bells one could be looking for in an upscale getaway. River Rapids Hideaway is located in Wimberley, along the banks of the beautiful Blanco River. Enjoy fun filled days along the river and evenings gathered around the fire pit toasting marshmallows at this tiny hideaway. Arrive at an adorable robin's egg blue house that overlooks the Blanco River. Inside, find a delightful tiny house that offers all the conveniences of home. Sleep soundly in a private bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed with fun pops of color. The loft offers the perfect escape for the kids with a queen and twin bed. Kids will have found their secret escape in this space with the low ceilinged loft that is just their size! Preparing meals is no chore in this tiny river house! With a well equipped kitchenette to include a convection microwave oven, full refrigerator, stove, and all of the necessary conveniences to whip up a delicious meal. We came home with a few bites from ants that were in the bedroom and living room. The listing makes it seem as though it is pretty secluded which is not the case with another property 20 yards away. The river was a little walk down a hill. The river itself was beautiful and very private with only another couple that arrived later in the day. Access to the Blanco river to an awesome swimming hole. Enjoyed my quiet morning coffee listening to the birds and other hill country sounds. Would definitely stay again. Mattresses upstairs were a bit stiff for my taste but not too bad for my kiddos. Thanks for the Texas hospitality ##### Brisa D. The loft was a good laugh when my kids went up bc they were all too tall so they were crawling.. the placement of the house in the same lot or space as the other house was not ideal for us. We just want to relax and not have to worry about bothering others.. so that was not ideal for us but other than that the property was nice. Also, just a thought.. in looking at the other houses they had steps to get down to the river, which I’d assume be much easier especially if you have any elders visit. Anyways, ty for loaning your property to us ##### Crystal J. Both shallow and deep areas and walking distance from the house. Wimberley close by for shops and best restaurant Wimberley Cafe. Cons: Horrible smell from hot water heater when showering that filled the tiny house. (My husband says the anode needs to be removed). Very loud window unit in bedroom and needed to be cleaned better (hair on floor in kitchen bedroom and bathroom and in bed sheets). Neighbors very close to one side of house (although never bothered us). ##### Amanda K.
