You'll have your private piece of hill country and be minutes from Wimberley Square. Create cherished memories with your loved ones and have stories to last a lifetime! This private 12-acre retreat perfect for larger families and groups, especially when you book the Main House (look for the listing called Entire Property) and get away with 22 of your favorite people! This property is professionally managed by HOSTIE Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay! The Main House and Cottage are about 1/4 mile from each other. There are mature trees, a large field (for disc golf) and the pickleball court between each home. This helps ensure guests at both homes have plenty of privacy! \- This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay. The pickle ball court is shared between the Cottage and Main House. The Cottage does not have access to the Main House pool, dinking court, or grill unless the whole property is rented. The pickle ball court is shared between the two houses. The cottage does not have access to the main house pool, dinking court, or grill unless the whole property is rented. The cottage has its own hot tub and grill. \- Bikes are not provided. Please bring your own. Golf carts or ATVs are not allowed. \- The cottage is on well water. \- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Main renter must be over 25 years old. \- For liability and security purposes, there are external on the main house facing the party barn and on the outdoor gazebo facing the pool. The cottage has cameras facing the front walk way. There are NO inside cameras.
