It is 1.5 miles from the Nostalgic Wimberley Village Square and centrally located to many of the nearby Hill Country destinations. It sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably and offers peaceful and serene surroundings. It has plenty of room both in the house and outside. There is a beautiful and private courtyard with a hot tub & grill and plenty of sitting areas. The property is loaded with amenities, very affordable and great quality. Dog friendly! You will drive up a long windy drive to a beautifully landscape entry and parking area. Casa Grande is large and wide open with plenty of room. Casa Grande is a peaceful slice of Hill Country heaven. It is 1.5 miles from the village square. It is located central to many hill country attractions. The outdoor courtyard is surrounded by 30 foot bamboo all the way around. Beautiful Live Oaks and Cedar Elms offer great shade in the summer. The BBQ grill (propane provided) and outdoor seating offer the perfect ambiance for hanging out outdoors. It was perfect for a family of five (including a three year old) in the Wimberley area for a few days for a winter wedding. The house is clean, well appointed, and cozy. The house was nice and Mark was responsive, but the listing was inaccurate regarding laundry facilities- not a deal breaker but inconvenient. Mark offered us the use of another onsite laundry room on a limited basis, I appreciated his gesture and thanked him. We were able to get by and never used his other laundry room. My issue with him is that when I was completing this review about a week after we left his house, I asked if he’d update his listing, his response was unprofessional and rude. This year two of us small families of 3 stayed at Mark's Casa Grande and it couldn't have been a better fit for our two multi-generational families! All the beds are very comfortable, the AC works well - very important for a hot June week in Texas. While we didn't use the pool or hot tub, due to being with other friends and family - it was a nice option that we would use next time. The home was well equipped with all the necessities, and it was a nice surprise to have stocked with coffee, teas and creamers. Also very grateful for the toiletries provided since we did not fly with ours. Made for an easy check in and didn't feel the need to immediately run to the store. The two other homes on the property will provide a nice option for us in the future! We look forward to a return to Casas De Wimberley! ##### Maryann M. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for a quiet getaway but still close to everything we wanted to do. The host was responsive and kind, and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend for a weekend escape with friends! ##### Allie B. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you might need, check-in was very easy after a long day of traveling. The town of Wimberley was cute with great restaurants and shops. This was a nice spot. Very large house - way bigger than expected. Very welcoming and very comfortable. The weather was perfect! The town nearby would have been so lovely to enjoy, but we didn't get to because of graduation, so we'll be back! ##### jaime v. Great rooms, comfortable beds, and fantastic outside space. Didn’t spend much time in the pool or hot tub as we were visiting for a wedding in San Marcos. Easy to access and conveniently located near the HEB and the town square.We had 4-7 people depending on the night, and we comfortably slept—great A/C and nice to have two full bathrooms. A well-stocked kitchen and plenty of places to gather inside and out. ##### William R.
