Helen nous a réservé un super accueil, elle nous a donné pleins de bonnes adresses et de bons plans de visite aux alentours. Village très calme et avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Et avec de la chance vous aurez la visite du chat à trois pattes. »

« We had a lovely few days at Stable Cottage. Situated in a pretty, quiet country location, close to Malmesbury and Tetbury. Worth a visit. The cottage was comfy and well equipped. We will be booking again. »

So nice to be able to go for walks straight from the front door and an ideal spot for visiting Avebury and other ancient sites in the area. The owner was friendly and helpful. « We really enjoyed our stay here, and would happily return. It’s close to both Marlborough and Avebury and there are lots of interesting walks from the latter. There’s a good pub within easy walking distance. Warm cottage, comfy large bed and a great shower. The host responded immediately to a question we had and was very helpful. »

« Easter weekend was an absolute treat staying at this super cool, quirky and supremely comfortable cottage. We could not have asked for more. Brilliant hosts, fabulous décor throughout with wonderful touches and kind thoughts put into treats, flowers, attention to detail, super duper products……I could go on and on. 100% recommend for peace and quiet in a beautiful part of the country, we LOVED every moment as did our dog. Bathtub was incredible, we felt very decadent with our non-alcoholic fizz....

« Selected the property for a family celebration there was 11 of us in total which included three young children. Ample space for all of us, we found the property comfortable everything we needed was supplied in the property. Would have been a nice touch to have included toiletries such as shower gels and hair shampoos. Insufficient kitchen roll and bathroom paper supplied which we had too buy more of. Good quiet location near to Castle Combe and the City of Bath and the National Trust run village...

« We are a family with 3 teens/adult children so enjoyed them having a room each to relax and have space. The single bathroom was a little tricky to manage and for access so not so suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The garden was lovely and the cottage well equipped for our Easter short break. We had a lovely walk in the countryside which was easy to navigate from the cottage. Thank you for the flowers in the cottage and all your thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend »
