Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Large living room, work area with desk, dining room and a full kitchen. Fully furnished includes: heat, air conditioning, water, sewer, electricity, WIFI, TV with Hulu Netflix Paramount Starz Disney You tube Peacock , washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, cooking/eating dishes and utensils, outdoor back porch with seats and table viewing the 6 acre property with woods stream and walking paths, and much more! Many more pictures available so if interested, please connect and they can be sent!  
  
Trash removal weekly; curbside mailbox, off street private parking, yard care and snow plowing provided by on site owner; direct access to recreational trail ITS82. Close to local sub shop and multiple stores.  
  
Month to month; no pets; no smoking on premise; background check/credit check/income verification/prior rental references required. First month’s rent ($1350) and security deposit ($675) due at signing. (Option of a long term rent at a reduced price)
