Everything located within one block walking distance. You will be relaxing in a one bedroom apartment with full amenities that include wireless Internet , all linens , full kitchen and separate living room. Enjoy breath taking views from your balcony that over looks the Cape Fear river. \-Secure building, elevator \-Washer/Dryer in unit \-All linens provided \~The whole place is yours! \~1 Parking spot is provided off site in a secure parking garage 1.5 blocks away. additional parking may be purchased for $15.00 per day. \~We are located on the coast and adverse weather is sometimes a factor, Please understand we DO NOT offer refunds for adverse weather conditions we will give you a credit for any monies paid to use for alternate dates within 60 days. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance through your local travel agent for such things as hurricanes and snow storms. Hurricane season is from June 1st thru November 30 please make a note of this when booking. \~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, small bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under the current trash bag in the can). Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay. \~By booking this condo you agree to all the covid rules and restrictions put in place. If you have any questions concerning the rules and restrictions please message me before requesting to book. Booking constitutes acceptance of said covid rules and restrictions. \~Guest count must match reservation NO EXCEPTIONS! \~ DO NOT rent this property if you are not the guest staying. I loved this place and if I’d had a better host experience, I would stay here again. My husband and I stayed here for a charity event two weekends ago. It was great. The first thing that was disappointing was when I mentioned I was arriving 30 min early but would go find a place to hang out. As a host myself I thought they may offer to give me the code early- but no- they waited until exactly 2:59 to send it. Then I messaged to ask if my friend could come by. She wasn’t staying the night and we were not at capacity for the unit but I thought it would be respectful to ask first. Host never responded so I didn’t feel comfortable having her over. Finally, I had to ask multiple times to get my damage deposit back. If I hadn’t, I likely would not have gotten it. As a host myself, all of this is really unacceptable. ##### Bat Cave X. Our whole reason for staying in this condo was to view the fireworks from our balcony. Patio furniture falling apart and parking is off the premises. Perfect spot for a getaway for us. We went Sunday & Monday nights & it worked out great, as Sunday was very busy around town but Monday much less crowded. High floor in building made it more quiet, too. Kitchen very well equipped. Great view of the river and battleship. Be careful while unloading/loading car as they are very strict with the rules. Took a long time to get security deposit back - the only real downside. Overall we would recommend this property. ##### Maura G. Property OK, Bathroom sink not draining well, Ok furniture, good bed, weird to have vacuum out in the bedroom, nice to have a little porch with a good view. Wilmington was not our favorite city.
