The Overlook is one of the best spots in downtown Wilmington. Within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, museums, breweries, and more! The Overlook offers a king bed, one bath, and a massive deck for morning coffees or sipping afternoon wine. Enjoy all of downtown Wilmington in this centrally located condo! The Riverwalk in Downtown Wilmington is a showstopper of a stroll that is a distinctive attraction all its own. Originally conceived in the 1980s as a way to generate more interest and tourism to the Cape Fear River waterfront regions of Wilmington's historic Downtown, today the Riverwalk encompasses a full mile of scenic boardwalk, hugging the borders of the riverfront, and providing visitors with endless views and easy access to some of the Downtown's most beloved attractions. Guests will have full access to the entire condo and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the hallway for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. Guests can check in with a keypad entry. We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot located a few blocks from the condo. Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking. The apartment is also a short 25-30 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, so we were able to explore Wilmington during the day and spent our evenings relaxing on the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. They also checked in regularly to make sure overseas going well with our stay.
