Other Things to Note: \*\*\* Please be advised of the following about our property \*\*\* \- There is no water connection to the fridge; therefore, the water filter in the fridge is not working. \- The dryer can not be moved from its current position. By doing so, it won't function properly. \- The walls in the bathroom and corridor tend to sweat when there's high humidity. The "marks" on the walls will go away once the humidity is low and by wiping them with a soft cleaner. Interaction with Guests: The host is always available. This budget-friendly, centrally-located house was cute and had all the basics we needed. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. When we had to arrive a day late due to an emergency car repair, the host checked on us since we hadn't shown up when we were supposed to and worked with us to add an extra day to the end of our rental period. ##### Dawn B. The fenced in yard was a nice addition for the dog. Lack of lighting in the backyard was a pain but we managed with our phone flashlights. Something to note that we didn’t realize is that the front porch light is motion activated only so it was rather dark at night.
