Located on the 2nd floor with $12/day parking across the street. The Space: A bright, airy, and modern 1 bedroom apartment that features an open-concept living area, kitchen, and dining room. Equipped with a full pantry. The kitchen includes an electric stovetop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, and food processor (no oven). Stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils for your convenience. Enjoy the 50 inch flat screen TV with complimentary Netflix and HBO Max in the spacious living room. Place was clean and shower was stocked with towels and hair/body wash products. Water pressure was good. The location is very close to downtown proper. Very short 5ish min walk to the riverwalk. It’s also a super short walk to Banter & Hidden Grounds coffee, which is nice for 1) quick nightcap 2) early morning coffee grab before lines. Speaking of walking around, I never felt unsafe walking back to the rental at 12-1 AM. Host was very communicative and attentive.
