With its sleek design and panoramic views, Mod Happy invites you to relax, unwind, and immerse yourself in the laid-back charm of Wilmington's coastal lifestyle.   
Step outside to discover a paradise of outdoor living amenities, including a BBQ grill, pizza grill, gas firepit, and wood-burning firepit, all complemented by ambient outdoor lighting and comfortable lounge chairs. Nestled within a waterfront community, this retreat offers access to secluded tree-lined trails and a picturesque dock/gathering area overlooking the serene Intracoastal Waterway.  
  
The main level features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Additionally, the basement provides extra sleeping space with trundle beds and includes an additional bathroom for added convenience.
