Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced in backyard and inviting front porch. This property is only blocks from historic downtown Wilmington, breweries and bars, as well as some of the finest restaurants in the city. Downtown Riverwalk, convention center, and Live Oak Bank Pavillion are a short 5 minute drive away. The Soda Pop District offers Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forna Pizza and Gelato, Bowstring Brewyard and more! Only 10 minutes to UNCW campus and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Pets are welcome! There is a washer and dryer onsite and sheets and towels are provided.
