The property had everything we needed and then some. We both decided that this is where we will stay when we visit Wilmington. Enjoyed my coffee every morning in the hammock on the balcony. Able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars in downtown and the riverwalk. Staying in the historic district meant we were away from the loud crowds downtown. The rental is on a major road in Wilmington, but we didn't really hear the traffic. I think in the height of summer the window a/c unit may not be cool enough for some but in May we were comfortable with that and ceiling fans. The bedroom, bathroom, living room and porch were spacious. A single parking space behind the building was provided. There was the expected traffic noise, but no noise from other units in the building. The kitchen is well-stocked but very tiny, which didn't bother us much as we ate out in restaurants both nights of our stay. The porch faces west, which would be great most of the time, but we were there on a very hot sunny couple of days so did not use as much as we had hoped.
