This 1/2 acre, fully fenced-in property has a beautifully landscaped saltwater pool and is everything you need after a day at the beach. The fenced-in yard gives you peace of mind with kids and pets. The property is located 5-10 minutes from Carolina beach, 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and 15-20 minutes from Wrightsville beach. The large yard leaves plenty of room for an evening family whiffle ball game or a sport of your choice! The large driveway also has a basketball goal and plenty of room for parking. If indoor activities are more your style, we have a ping pong table and dart board located in the garage along with a 65" Smart TV in the living room. Very clean, beautiful, comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. So many fun options for the kids to play during downtime. The pool was immaculate and so warm, which I so appreciate. The distance from the beach was just right. The owners have really taken care of this little gem, I would definitely recommend and return in the future. ##### Marissa W. Beautiful finishes yet very comfortable. Fabulous yard space for the dog to safely run. Spent many hours relaxing at the pool, playing cornhole and ping pong. From the time you pull up in the driveway until you leave you will enjoy this home and yard immensely. They had everything you could ask for to complete the home on the inside from soft mattresses and fluffy pillows to big screen TVs in the yard. That just is insanely beautiful. We stayed almost a full week and I wish more than anything I can rent a place for the rest of the year that so much our family enjoyed it. ##### Leslye A. House is less than 5 minutes from our kids house and less than 10.minute drive down to Carolina Beach. Last night had kids and grandkids over for special 3 "S" celebration, swimming, steak on grill for dinner, smores for dessert at firepit. Our 2 granddaughters enjoyed spacious fenced yard to run, jump, kick the ball. ##### George T E. The house was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The outdoor area was perfect for my family and our dogs. They loved running in the large fenced in area while we enjoyed the pool and the corn hole boards. The house itself is located in a great area. Close to beaches and downtown Wilmington. The hosts were quick to respond to any communication and very pleasant. It was a great family vacation and we hope to be back soon! ##### ashley T. Kitchen-dining layout perfect for our group. Decor, furniture, atmosphere all designed for relaxing. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space for everything. The owners were very nice and informative. I had asked about suggestions while we were there for vacation seeing it was our first time to Wilmington and they were more than helpful with their responses. This trip was the first time my kids were all under one roof again with me and I enjoyed every second. The pool area is so relaxing. The huge yard was fun for us, we played badminton and volleyball. We used the firepit one night just to sit around and talk. It was a lovely experience with lots of fun time and memories made. I would suggest this house a million times. I cant wait to return and make more memories. Also, great place for multiple families or couples. Its a must see and a must stay. Overall 12 out of 10!! ##### karen c. Kids really enjoyed having the pool. Everything was well taken care of and there was plenty to do at the house as well as in the surrounding community. Would definitely recommend this place.
