Better rental for warmer, summer months. Heat was from 2 small space heaters. We were glad we brought our slippers. Owner came over to meet us and showed us how everything worked. The water view is actually across the street. It’s lovely to watch the sunset or have a fire. We saw a water plane land and take off. WiFi can only be accessed if sitting in the back room by washer and dryer. The only suggestion I have is if the place was cleaned. It was very dusty, musty and the fridge was very dirty with someone’s take out left in there. The freezer was gross as well. Loved having a washer and dryer, the location, coffee pot and appliances, 3 bedrooms and plenty of space was great! Gary was very nice!! ##### Lori W.
