The common area includes a wood-buring fireplace, comfortable living room, and large porch with ample seating. Open the windows or relax on the porch and you’ll hear the soothing sounds of the rushing river below. Stone steps take you down to a private river stretch below the house or walk upstream about 3-minutes and you’ll find the home’s namesake, Beaver Falls.
