Except for 1 step onto the deck from the private driveway, all accessible rooms are 1 floor. The property was clean and cozy. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils and appliances are newer. Laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer off the kitchen. Large screen TV in both the living room and master bedroom. All bedrooms have blackout drapes. Plenty of towels and linens. Located in a quiet family neighborhood and yet minutes from I-75 and the Ark Encounter. It's about 45 minutes from the Creation Musuem or Newport Aquarium. Well worth the travel time to have a home environment to jump start your day, and to relax in after a day's adventure! ##### Robin M. I chose this house because of 10/10 ratings. It was far from clean. We left a day early. So I suggested that the owner take advantage of the extra time and do deep cleaning. He didn’t seem too concerned. He said I should have let him know and he would have sent someone to fix it. But I am on vacation I don’t want someone in my space. And the neighborhood has houses packed on top of each other so it is far from quiet escape. This house was a cheap quick flip. No thought and care put into it. No blinds for privacy. Some of the windows have solid curtains but not all windows. The front door is really hard to open. There are several safety hazards (rugs slide very easy, step on to porch is 9 inches not to code, bush by rode blocks view backing out and I could keep going.) And the outside of house needs to be pressure washed See photos I wish I could have uploaded more. So to say the least we were very disappointed. Neighbor was friendly and it was in close proximity to area attractions. We went to a production by Stage Right Theatre Company and spent a day at The Ark Encounter. The kitchen was clean with plenty of utensils and cooking apparatus for a group. The bathroom was small but had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was plenty of towels. There is a washer/dryer. And of course the television and reliable WiFi. The owner was nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. ##### Kristi M.
