We were able to enjoy the city for the day and then come back to relax on the balcony in the evening. The condo was close by Meijer and a gas station which made it perfect for our needs. The condo was conveniently located just 10 to 20 minutes from shopping, movie theater, and family in Traverse City. It has a veiw of the water and is on the end of the building which helps. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well maintained and the view from the living room and bedroom captured the water. The only drawback was this unit does not have a washer and dryer. But I have to commend the management company because they found a creative and thoughtful solution for me. I would definitely recommend this condo however if you plan to stay for a longer period of time be prepared to find a laundry solution outside this unit. ##### Todd C. I guess they don’t anticipate much food prep done. We chose the property almost exclusively based on the amenities. We arrived at the start of the third week in September, weather still good, but all the amenities we closed. No mention in any of the many, many reminder emails regarding our reservation.
