The Space: Welcome to Hilltop Haven, a newly decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom main-level condo overlooking The Bear Golf Course at the Grand Traverse Resort. This comfortable, stylish space features an open layout, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, informal dining area, in-unit washer and dryer, and plenty of storage. Relax by the cozy fireplace or enjoy morning coffee and evening wine on the private patio surrounded by lush green scenery. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen and twin bed. A full-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Fresh linens, towels, and essential household supplies are provided. Centrally located near golf, dining, the spa, Turtle Creek Casino, Mt. Holiday Ski Area, Grand Traverse Bay, downtown Traverse City, beaches, wine tours, bike trails, and Sleeping Bear Dunes. This condo is privately owned and not managed by the Grand Traverse Resort. Resort amenities are not included. Guests must contact the resort directly for access. Rental Policy: \- No smoking or fireworks are permitted. \- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. \- Minimum booking age is 25. \- No pets. \- We have partnered with Safely to provide rental property damage protection for all reservations. \- Photo ID required. STR License 2023-03 Guest Access: This property features self-check-in. Check-in after 10 pm is not permitted. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in. Other Things to Note: Guests are provided with a small amount of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: •November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds. •May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds. •Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.) •Dispose of food and trash. •Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link. •Put patio cushions back. We were only about a ten minute drive from down town traverse city. However the bedrooms were really hot, the floors weren’t cleaned well and the condo wasn’t family friendly especially having two kids under two. The tv was wonky, we had to use our own hotspot and there were cords/extensions hanging from it where it was easily accessible and dangerous if the little ones were to pull on them.
