☀Only a 30 minute drive from the Grand Canyon entrance

\- It is highly recommended to come with an SUV/ car that has 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive  
  
\- This is an off-grid glamping experience. The entire property runs on solar power. There is enough power to charge small things like a phone and the mini fridge but not enough for large items like a hair dryer. Particularly cloudy days can lead to very little electricity

#### Great place but communication lacking

The property was very clean and all amenities were as expected. Unfortunately, we didn't get our check in instructions until almost an hour after the designated check in time and having to call Vrbo support for help. When we finally did get instructions, I messaged a couple times throughout our stay with basic questions and responses took several hours each. This would be an easy 5 star property if communication was improved.

After several attempts of contact and 2 hours spent trying to gain access through the renter Vrbo refunded my stay. Very nice place and location. The owner is unresponsive to renters and Vrbo. Wasted 5 hours on a Friday due to the owners lack of communication.
