There needs to be more than one washcloth per bathroom. When we are paying a cleaning fee - please don't expect us to strip the beds and put the sheets in the laundry basket. We are paying for that. I rented this home for my family to celebrate my daughter's graduation from NAU at a party that we held at the Sultana in Williams. The home was absolutely beautiful, very clean, well stocked, comfortable and spacious. The Managers were super kind and responsive to messages. The home and our stay were absolutely wonderful.
