In the event of heavy snow fall, the plows will leave a "berm" at the entrance to the driveway and if not shoveled off soon after, it will harden and become a solid mound of ice, blocking vehicles in the driveway. We recommend backing into the driveway, so your vehicle is facing the street. What we hoped for was a clean place to rest. What we got was that PLUS lots of fun for everyone in our group. The arcade and theatre setup were a hit for the adults and the toddlers loved the grass yard and the play room and bunk beds. The quick drive to Bearizona, the Canyon Coaster, ice cream and pizza as well as the rodeo grounds made for a great trip! ##### Alicia G. Kids loved the theater room, pool table and arcades! We had kids ages 8-16 and they were entertained the whole time! Plenty of lawn games and fire pit with comfy outside furniture. We didn’t grill but would have been perfect. Rooms are very large and house spaced out with lots of room. It was a very easy check in and out and easy communication with owner.
